The Support Classroom Instructor will also function as a tutor, assisting clients with homework. The Support Classroom Instructor may further develop and implement existing Goodwill Works curriculum for the Ready For Work Program.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong> Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Education with an emphasis in Psychology, Sociology, Vocational Rehabilitation, Counseling and Guidance. Must have two years\u2019 experience, in a classroom setting, teaching adult learning classes i.e. GED ESL, etc. and training and experience in poverty related issues, generational poverty and the impact on clients, as well as the barriers encumbered by clients on the road to self-sufficiency. Experience may be substituted for education.<\/p>\n<p>The incumbent will be expected to maintain confidentiality regarding agency and client records and information. A valid US driver\u2019s license without a history of violations is also required.
